Description: Seeking senior-level designer with 8+ years experience in interactive/web design and motion/video graphics. Print experience helpful but not necessary. Duties will include prototyping, designing and updating web graphics for a global site focusing on global music and pop culture; creating on-air motion video graphics packaging; helping design collateral in terms of advertising and marketing; and maintaining brand and look-and-feel consistency across multiple platforms (web, TV, mobile etc). Portfolio should show awareness of global trends and cutting-edge design aesthetics. Designer must be flexible and willing to cooperate on multiple projects with different stakeholders in a small team but still work and communicate well within a corporate environment. Knowledge of independent and international music helpful but not necessary. Familiarity and passion for global pop culture and its influence on design. Knowledge & sensibilities regarding cultural sensitivities.
