Description: An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Production Manager or Production Coordinator with live experience to join the team and manage the set up and production of a new interactive TV format. The ideal candidate will be flexible, have strong organisational skills, be a great communicator both on the telephone and in person, Confident in production environment, with hands on approach and great at juggling a varying work load and task list. Knowledge of Final Cut Pro a plus. Primary responsibilities would be: Conduct research and assistance in all aspect of pre-production phase General coordination and organization of studios and galleries set-up Produce and manage the production schedule and adhere to timelines and budgets Produce and distribute rotas and call sheets to crew, talent and production team Collate freelancer invoices and cross-check against rota Produce and oversee production and contingency procedures Raising Purchase Orders, sourcing and ordering equipment & props as required Report to Head of Production and Senior Producers
